 Family:Howard - husband, Monna Doak - daughter (married to Greg), Frank Reider - son (married to Velta), Twila Schaub, 5 grandchildren, 3 great-grand children.
A look at the past:I felt called to be an elementary school teacher. When our 3 children entered school I started college. I received a BA & a MA in Elementary education. I taught 22 1/2 years and then felt led to be a mental health counselor. I got a MA in counseling and I am state licensed. I have counseled here at FBC Bloomfield for 12 years in June, 2010.
A look at the future: I would like to eventually cut back to 2 days of counseling and then retire. I would like to specialize in a personality-type survey.
Little known fact: I was married at 16, 3 children by the time I was 21. I also have been married 51 years to a great guy!
Advice to others: If you are operating where your spiritual gifts are you will feel fulfilled and blessed.
